InTouch
Privately-owned and based in Morecambe, InTouch is the UK's leading supplier of two-way radio rental systems to the quarrying industry. Significantly, InTouch also has an established software development team, who over the last 10 years have been developing an innovative digital gully solution for surface water management on highways – SmartWater.
Originally, we were commissioned to provide assistance with the redevelopment of InTouch’s outdated website, what was a 3-month project, turned into a collaborative long-term working relationship. Working closely with members of the SMT, we help them to create detailed, budgeted marketing plans and we work on both a retainer basis and on a project by project basis (for graphic design and website development). Working this way means we are able to adhere to strict budgets and timescales.
The InTouch website now showcases both their Radio and SmartWater brands and can easily be adapted to include additional products or services, this new website was instrumental in winning contracts with Highways England and a number of local councils throughout the UK.
During 2018 we developed a Portal for generating quotes which significantly reduced the time it takes the sales team to provide customers with detailed, accurate proposals. In 2019 we created an automated customer satisfaction survey and database that is used company wide.
We have also developed a wide range of bespoke company literature, video animation & production, exhibition design and merchandising. We have been working with InTouch as a strategic partner since 2015.
